Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

As a thank you for taking out a My Home contents insurance policy between 17 October 2025 and 30 November 2025, you’ll be automatically entered into the free prize draw for a chance to win 1 of 5 £20 Amazon vouchers.

The competition terms and conditions are as follows:

1. Entrants must have taken out a valid home contents insurance policy with My Home Contents Insurance between 17th October 2025 and 30th November 2025.
2. Entrants who take out a valid home contents insurance policy with My Home Contents Insurance will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win 1 of 5 £20 Amazon vouchers.
3. Only one entry per household is permitted.
4. The prize draw is only available to UK residents aged 16 and over.
5. Entrants are not permitted to enter on someone else’s behalf.
6. Prize draw is not open to employees of PIB Group or Thistle Insurance Services Limited, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
7. Entry must be in line with the competition rules.
8. We will not take responsibility for any missing or delayed entries.
9. The prize draw closes at midnight on 30th November 2025 and after this date no more entries will be permitted.
10. The draw will take place on 1st December 2025 and entrants will each be assigned a unique number, with five numbers being drawn at random. The winners will be notified within 7 days thereafter, by email or telephone.
11. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of being notified. If there is no response within 14 days of the winners being notified, another winner will be chosen at random.
12. The prize is a £20 Amazon voucher. There are 5 £20 Amazon vouchers to be won.
13. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
14. We retain the right to substitute the prizes for one of similar value.
15. Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
16. Thistle Tenant Risks reserve the right to change or cancel the terms of the prize at any time.
17. By entering this prize draw and providing your contact details, you consent to us contacting you in line with our Privacy Notice.
18. Winners may be asked by Thistle Tenant Risks if they wish to take part in and co-operate with any marketing in conjunction with this competition.
19. Thistle Tenant Risks will use any personal data you provide to manage this prize draw. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
20. The data you provide will be retained to provide you with details of our insurance services and notify you if you have won a prize. If at any time you want your data removed from our systems please let us know. How we use your data and how to request its removal can be found on our Privacy Notice.
21. The prize draw is governed by English Law.
